Foxsat hdr Olympic channels not loading

I have dowloaded the fix for not recording extra channels but the EPG does not load with the new channels, the message Please Wait appears when I try after accesing the extra channel link via the red button.
I left the recorder for 30 minutes with this message, tried the procedure on both BBC1 and BBC 3.
I cannot access the channels manually either.
I could not access the channels before loading the new software.
Iplayer etc. are working ok

I am using only single cable LNB feed ,could that be the problem ?

In single cable mode the foxsat assumes that LNB1 OUT is also connected to LNB2 IN.

Then I would try a freesat tune.

Thanks, the LNB were connected 1 to 2 ok, a retune cured the problem, I had assumed the channels used were already there but normally blocked.
