Hi new to this forum but need some help, just received second new box from Humax ( remote control issues ) new box performing the same as the old one remote control does not work or very slow response, remote app won't work now message says unit must be connected to same network ( with it is ) I see from other users that they might be having simila issues, running on latest software any ideas?.

I too have slow remote response so can't help here.
However with the remote app. Are you running the latest box firmware. I used to have the must be on the same network issue but since the last couple of update the issue seems to have gone away. I find the remote app much more responsive.
