FPV4000T H3 Guide blank

    Hi all.
    I have recently bought a FPV4000T and an H3 and it's all been fine but all of a sudden the H3 Guide has gone blank and won't show any guide of what's on and coming up. I have done a factory reset on both boxes and turned off the H3 box all night by unplugging it from power and makes no difference. Any ideas??

    Had another issue last night also. The h3 box couldn't show any channels. The recorded programs worked and the other tv program app worked fine (the one with discovery channel ect) but the normal freeview channen app wouldn't connect? May be to do with the same problem??

    Mine was connecting to live tv app without issue, and just checked same this morning, but still no guide.

    Ok may do a factory reset on both boxes later and try to get them talking again

    Humax Towers are investigating, suspect a server issue.

    Guide still not working but sorted the other problem. Hopefully this gets fixed soon as is pretty annoying not knowing what's on the channels
