No it won't as the new box does not have the second SCART socket you need to support the SCART pass-through feature you have been using to view the (Freesat from) Sky box. You will have to resort to turning the RF channel channel used by the Sky box which will give an inferior signal.

TBH I think you should be upgrading your TV before you think about changing the 9150T.

    Drawing board ?

    Fail to see any problem.

Your 9150 connects to its existing scart, the new box connects to one of the two hdmi ports.

To watch the Freeview box all you have to do is turn it on. Scart auto select should select the scart input on the TV.

To watch the freesat box you might have to use the TV remote to select the hdmi input the box is connected to. Look at the remote it will have a way of selecting which input is displayed on the TV.

It might be a button marked AV or a TV icon with a an arrow pointing in.

If in doubt read the TV manual.

Unfortunately the freesat/skybox does not have hdmi only 2 scarts
No problem with av on tv remote quite familiar with that, think only solution is to make freesat standalone and change aerial input on tv if necessary

Connect new box to TV using HDMI.

Connect old Sky box to TV using SCART.

That is really all there is to it.
