Bought a Foxsat HDR last week set it up - worked well, tested out record, guide etc. No problem. Used the remote to access a radio programme - 3rd button from the bottom - TV/radio. Success. But then when I tried to exit/use the guide/menu or even put on standby, the HDR still played the radio programme. Have unplugged everything, changed the batteries - still the radio programme. Have now set up the old freeview and I am using that. Very disappointed the HDR doesn't work. Have e-mailed Humax, but no response. Any suggestions? Thanks.

When you press a button on the remote does the white pvr button flash red. If not press the white pvr button and try again.
