Can anyone advise how to make multiple deletions when your remote control has not got a + button?
The dog chewed the original remote and the replacement does not appear to have a + unless it’s very well disguised.

Please would you supply details of your "replacement".
Which model is it? Who sold it to you? Was it sold by a retailer? And what did they promise?
Which model the replacement is is the most important to answer.
