FVP 4000T Catch up not playing

Hi
I've just bought a FVP 4000T in the UK. I am able to watch programs on the BBC and Channel 5 with the catch up facility by going back in the TV guide up to 7 days, but I am not able to do this for ITV and Channel 4, even though both 4OD and ITV Catch Up are both pre-installed on the unit. The BBC channels just automatically go to iPlayer when I select the program I want to watch.

Do I need to set something up or doesn't this feature work for these channels.

Are you perhaps scrolling back on the HD version of the channels and not SD.

Currently itv and C4 only work on SD (chan 3&4) - no idea if this will change in future.

I will try that tonight. Yes, I am doing it on HD at the moment.
