Early this year I reported to Humax intermittent remote control.
This was within my extended warranty.
It took many weeks before receiving a reply from them. Then some time for them replying taking me through re-setting my remote.
They are now saying my first request was last month August which is wrong. It does not make sense to ask for warranty replacement knowing I was out of warranty.
Unless they reconsider !!! my next PVR purchase Humax won't be on my list.
