On my HDR-2000T some of the media recordings have a 'G' icon shown against them. Can anyone please advise me what this means - I can't find the answer in the user's manual?

I think it signifies "Parental Guidance".

Many thanks to both of you. And Barry you are absolutely right - it's there on p15 after all. I was looking on the Media List page (p33) where a few of the icons are defined.

It is on page 14 or 15 depending on which version of the manual you have, but the image in the manual is not very clear.
