    When I press the guide button on 1000T it comes up No programme information does anyone have any suggestions.

    Have you tried turning it OFF and ON again (unplugging the power not just putting it in standby) then leaving the guide to populate while you make yourself a nice calming cup of tea?

    I have a Humax 4 Tune HMS-1000T and all of a sudden the IP EPG has completely stopped working. I have made sure the unit still has Wifi connection and even tried connecting it to my mobile 4G phone for the internet and done a Factory reset but still nothing. Does anyone have any ideas on what is going wrong. I am in Australia if that makes any difference and it has been working quite well for over 4 years.

    I have experienced exactly the same problem with my faultless (till now) HUMAX 1000T loosing, and not refreshing the Guide details... I have tried reconnecting to the WIFI and attempting to refresh the EPG... But no success... Disconnecting the power made no difference to the situation. Still no Guide, therefore unable to record anything.
    This has been a magic machine, so reliable, so straightforward to use... I will not be able to find an equivalent PVR should I have to find a replacement...

    I did a factory reset and after a nights sleep it is working at the moment so fingers crossed,, it will be interesting to hear more feed back.
