    Foks,

I've googled around and haven't found a solution to this problem yet...

I've just taken ownership of a 2nd hand foxsat hdr.

I'm browsing channels using the guide.

I see a program on a channel that's already started.

I select the channel with the arrows and hit OK.

Sometimes it will change to the channel and watch it.

Other times, it will pop up a menu which gives me the option of recording or watching the program.

I select watch. The foxsat never switches to the channel as the program has already started.

If I select a program that's already finished on that channel, then it will switch so I can watch it.

The time on the foxsat is correct.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks!

Oh, ok. So it's a known bug?

So, what's the normal work-around for it? Choosing an earlier time?

    Thanks.

I normally press OK and use the Channel List.

Yup, that's a good idea. I've noticed that channel list works more reliably for me.

I come from an old UK Tivo world. I love the hardware functionality of the foxsat, but miss the software usability of the tivo
