It may be simple but some of the contributors to this thread have had real problems with it. Could they just be tip of an iceberg perhaps?

Now I must be missing something here, but has this latest update been applied via 'over the air'. All postings I have seen speak of USB or internet updates.?

So many are having problems?
111 downloads of 2000T software to date and only a small number of users have had problems.
Cannot see how it could be improved it is simple enough now.Unlike the HDR-2000T, the HDR-FOX does not require a button to be pressed, just plug in the USB stick and boot. If it ain't broke..

The advantage of the HDR-2000T method over the HDR-FOX T2's method is when the USB pen drive is not removed before the restart. The HDR-FOX T2 will reinstall the software while the HDR-2000T will not.

No 'over the air' for this version.A few weeks ago, when I last talked to the Humax support team, I was informed that there would be. Are you saying that there is currently no over the air broadcast or that currently there is no intention to do so?
