Hi - A few days ago my hdr-fox t2 stopped accessing WiFi - I use it to view BBC On Demand. I went through the procedure of reconnecting via the Menu-Settings and it worked. Then yesterday it stopped working and I am no longer able to reconnect it to my WiFi. It just comes up at Connection Failed.

WiFi is working as I'm accessing the internet via my laptop and phone using it.

Is it because the model is old and worn out? something more technical?

    Any suggestions?
    many thanks,

I doubt that it is the Humax that is at fault. I assume you are using a dongle? It could be the dongle or it could be something else has changed reducing the strength of the wireless signal. Which USB port do you have the dongle plugged into? Have you tried the other USB port?

    Thanks Martin

I’ll have a look at it - haven’t since it was installed. I have no problem with the WiFi signal on my other devices. Perhaps it’s been knocked ? Wasn’t aware there was another port to be honest - it’s been so long.

There is a USB port round the back and also one under a small flap on the front bottom right
