HDR2000T Failed recordings

    I've had this box for ten days, unfortunately I am getting Failed to Record on most recordings. I am mainly using the Youview app to set recordings, they are being sent to the box ok. Having been in touch with Humax support, they replied that it is a Freeview not a Youview box so the app won't work!
    I also have two HD Fox T2s which have never failed to record.
    Any suggestions as to why recordings are failing would be most welcome!

    Have you tried setting the programme timer from the guide using your remote control to see if it records.
    The Humax 2000T and the Fox T2 run on different software that's maybe why the app don't work.

    Thanks, I'll see if it makes a difference.
    I just mentioned the T2s to show the signal is ok.

    Well I set a programme to record with the remote, a following programme on a different channel via the app and put the box into standby. Both programmes recorded.

    That is slightly confusing.

    It looks like the second, sorry I've just realised there are two different models. It's a DTR-T2000.
