how to save favourites

    Hi got my freesat and Humax HDR 1100s box at the weekend, apart from Sky Atlantic I'm not missing Sky at all , even after 30 yrs of having it.I have one issue I can't resolve I am not able to save channels as favourites, I've followed the onscreen instructions but nothing is saving, is it me or is it difficult to do..... thank you

    Hi welcome to our forum

    Home settings - Right 3 times to more. OK - Favourite channels - OK - set a tick on channels you want. Back to save OK on Yes.

    Unfortunately Favourites don't stick in the epg so after pressing guide - List - Up -OK
