HDR 2000T not Saving Favourites in Order

When i add Favourites for my TV Channels list the Box is not storing them in order.

If i switch from the Guide back to the TV and then back to the Guide they are out of order again.

Any Ideas Ta

When they are not in your Favourite's order in the guide what does it show on the right in the guide, just below today's date? Does it display the name of your Favourite list or does it display 'TV'?

Not sure what you mean but it shows the Faves in order BBC1 etc under the date. Then they are not in order when it stops working.

Immediately below the date what text does it dispaly on the right.

Or to rephrase. On the right ABOVE the programme listings what text does it display? Is it 'TV', 'Favourite 1' or some other text when the channels are not in your favourite's order?
