   Hi, I am have trouble finding a return address for Humax Direct ltd.

   On the parcel received:

   Future Pro logistics Ltd

   Unit 40 Easter Park, Benyon Road, Sil Chester,Reading,RG7 2PQ

   or

   HUMAX DIRECT LTD

   PO BOX 626

   TW8 9HH

   What do you think?

   If I were you I give Customer support a ring on 0344 318 8800, or there is a another which is sales department at Humax direct is 0333 577 7545. Hope this helps.

   The address I sent my returned HDR-1000S to 2 weeks ago was:
   FAO Humax Returns
   Servicecare Support Services Ltd
   Hollinwood Works
   Manchester Road
   OLDHAM
   OL9 7AA

   Many thanks to for your help, I phoned them up and arranged for them to pick up the faulty box and they left me a new one in exchange.
