Humax Foxsat causing TV to buzz when paused/muted?

We have a Humax Foxsat HDR which we have had for several years and we use it with a Samsung Smart TV Model: UE40H6400.

I have noticed recently that if the Humax is paused or muted that is causing the TV to buzz? this is with the TV volume set to about halfway. It is definitely not the TV as we also have a Sony Bluray player attached and if this is paused it does not cause the same issue. I have tried three different HDMI leads but the problem still persists. I believe it is he Humax which is at fault.

Can anyone advise please as it is very annoying!

What if the Physical distance between the TV and unit? (Especially the left hand sise?)

'several Years' could be an understatement it was launched in 2008 and was superseded 6 years ago by the HDR-1000S.

Have you tried swapping the HDMI socket usage on the TV around as well as the leads?
