Graham,
When I loaded the file in TSMuxerGUI it suggested that some tracks were not recognised.
The TSMuxer output was:
<Network Optix tsMuxeR. Version 2.6.12. http://www.networkoptix.com
Decoding H264 stream (track 1): Profile: Main@4.0 Resolution: 1920:1080i Frame rate: 25
H.264 muxing fps is not set. Get fps from stream. Value: 25
B-pyramid level 2 detected. Shift DTS to 3 frames
Decoding AC3 stream (track 3): Bitrate: 384Kbps Sample Rate: 48KHz Channels: 2
Decoding MPEG-Audio stream (track 2): Bitrate: 192Kbps Sample Rate: 48KHz Channels: 2 Layer: 2
H264 bitstream changed: insert pict timing and buffering period SEI units>
Error <..>.ts has a M2TS format.
I used the link on here (https://www.avforums.com/threads/av2hdr-v3-2-released.1916124/) to get AV2HDRv3.2 but it failed to play on the HDR.
I downloaded the version from (http://myhumax.org/blog/?page_id=166) dating back to 2011 and again it failed to play on the hdr.
Both suggest the channel is scrambled.
I am trying again but the PC I'm using is only an I3 so it takes while.
Is there an up-to-date central repository for the Foxsat software?
This was the info on nicesplice I found.

Sounds OK to me. Deselect the mpeg audio stream (It's the audio described audio track). Select .ts as the output and set the output file location. Set the split you want from the split & cut tab and click on MUX. The resulting .ts should play OK on your PC (assuming you have the required codecs). Can you play the output .ts.
What does mediainfo say about the tsmuxer output .ts ? and ditto for the AV2HDR output .ts ?
M2TS is the container used by HD camcorders for H264/AVC content, you can ignore it and the other error as well. Only the video and ac3 tracks are required.
If it was encrypted TSmuxerGUI would not open the file.
Can you use TSmuxerGUI to extract a say a 2 minute extract to a .ts and upload it to a fileshare site so I can have a play ? It's possible that there is a problem with AV2HDR.
I don't think your PC is the issue.
