can anyone help, i have the humax wifi dongle and i have had the dongle working on another router. i have now had to change routers, new router name etc. the humax sees the router ok and asks for password. it then spends about 1 min trying to connect then saying the details must be wrong. can anyone help please.

can anyone help, i have the humax wifi dongle and i have had the dongle working on another router. i have now had to change routers, new router name etc. the humax sees the router ok and asks for password. it then spends about 1 min trying to connect then saying the details must be wrong. can anyone help please.Does the password contain spaces or non alphanumeric characters? There have been reports that these cause problems with the Humax.

Double/triple check your password entry remembering it is case sensitive.

no, it starts with a cap has then lower case and then 3 numbers
