MBR is the old style Windows partition table and is limited to hard drives of 2TB capacity or less. GPT is the modern partition table which has a very large capacity. I am not familiar with the Nano (I don't think it is on sale in the UK) but other Humax boxes don't currently support devices with a GPT style partition table. Another possible problem is that the drive is drawing more than 800ma of current; what make and model and storage capacity is it?
Die Partitionstabelle beschreibt, wie die Dateisysteme auf dem Laufwerk angeordnet sind. MBR ist die alte Windows-Partitionstabelle und auf Festplatten mit einer Kapazität von 2 TB oder weniger beschränkt. GPT ist die moderne Partitionstabelle mit einer sehr großen Kapazität. Ich kenne den Nano nicht (ich glaube nicht, dass er in Großbritannien erhältlich ist), aber andere Humax-Boxen unterstützen derzeit keine Geräte mit einer GPT-Partitionstabelle. Ein weiteres mögliches Problem besteht darin, dass das Laufwerk mehr als 800 mA Strom verbraucht. Um welche Marke, welches Modell und welche Speicherkapazität handelt es sich?
