I have Foxsat hdr&PanasonicTX-37LXD85 TV can I get i player on TV.

If the TV doesn't have iplayer built in you will need a separate device plugged into a spare hdmi socket on your TV.

Yes I have Ethernet plug ins one on humax other on router.The Foxsat is on hdmi

Yes I have Ethernet plug ins one on humax other on router.The Foxsat is on hdmiI player is no longer supported on a Foxsat-HDR (since 2016) when the BBC stopped supporting MHEG.
Unless your TV is new enough to support the newer Iplayer system as I said you need a more modern device. The Now-TV stick is likely the cheapest option.
That's why you need a more modern device like the one I linked to.

If you have a smartphone or tablet then a Chromecast dongle is another cheap option to getting all the catch up and online TV services like iPlayer and Netflix etc.

BBC iPlayer is a heck of a lot easier to use on a phone or tablet than it is on a TV with only a remote control to navigate your way around.
