I'm unable to get Ceefax any longer

As of Thursday the 24/03/2016 I've been unable to get BBC Ceefax whilst the ariel is connected to the Humax HDR 2000T, it is fine when connected directly to the TV. When pressing the RED button or text button the program goes straight to Red button which it never used to. This in its self is not a problem as long as I can still access Ceefax.

The Ceefax service closed in 2012.
