She's got a Sky dish up, guessing a "ZINWELL QUAD LNB MK4" will be a suitable replacement? If that gives no joy, would a power supply issue be cost effective to repair or would it be bye bye box?

Thanks again for your continued assistance, I'll leave you in peace soon (until I'm back there trying to sort out the new LNB lol).

If I remember correctly the power supply is a separate board. You may be able to get one from an old box that has failed for other reasons (Water in the tuners from the coax is reasonably common). E-bay could be worth a punt.
