Live TV App not working

    I can usually view my recording schedule, but today, I notice that it is not up to date. Some planned recordings are not there.

    Also, I have never been able to access Recordings, as I get a Disconnected label, with Power On Device greyed out (its blue, actually)

    I can't remember setting this app up, so I got my registration code but don't know what to do with it!

    I have uninstalled this app, & reinstalled it, & most features are now working, but I am still showing about 56 recordings from 9th January, in Schedules, plus showing some future programs that have been deleted, as I have changed my mind about recording them.
    How do I get rid of these?

    Sometimes it works -and it would be great if it worked all the time. I just switch off, then back on again.
