LiveTV app on iPad not connecting to wi-fi

    I don’t often use the Live TV app on this iPad, but it now fails to connect over wi-fi (more than one location, router, system). Tapping Schedules, for example, gives “Network error. Connection failed. Check network settings. Close”. Everything else dependent on wi-fi works as normal. I’ve tried deleting then reinstalling Live TV to no avail.

    Could it be that updating to iPadOS 15.0.2 might be causing this? Any suggestions welcome.

    This is a forum for Humax products. I do not see where your question fits in. Suggest you find an Apple forum on which to ask your question.

    Thanks SSThing. The Live TV app is indeed a Humax product which is why I came here. If there’s a better place to post my question, I’d love to know.

    I have similar problem - the app was working fine yesterday but now shows a network error and won’t let me login. Strangely the Humax to guide app allows me to login to my Humax box with no problem

    I have a problem where when you open the app it will only let you carry out one action then it locks up!
