Sorry can I clarify please, did you just get a single loss of signal for a second and then everything returned to normal?

It might have been outside interference of some sort; I wouldn't be too concerned at this stage but do come back to us if the problem becomes more frequent.

Yes okay thank you for your help.I had a Humax free sat box for about 4 years which was a hundred times worse than my freeview box for signal loss and pixelation.i live in a semi rural area with trees quite close I thought after I bought this box all my problems were over just my luck

Hi after looking to see if anyone else as my problem.i thought I would put it out There “I live in Devon I have a Humax freeview fvp-5000t recorder “but I am getting West Midlands news which is a bit irritating. I contacted Humax support who suggested I do a automatic channel search and pick the the default option.i done this but can only get it in sd not hd channel any ideas would be appreciated

Roll out of local variations is not happening at exactly the same time for freeview and freesat, and when the current planned changes are complete may not be of the same granularity as is currently available on freeview SD or Satellite.
