I have a foxsat Freesat HDR 320gb. Recently when recording on say BBC1,2,ITV1 or Ch4 I lose BBC Radio4 (and others but Radio4 I use most).
When I look at the Radio Channel List all BBC Radio withe the excetion of the two Radio5 channels are "greyed out"

Both tuners are showing good signal strength and quality.

Can anyone throw any light on the problem?

Just tried this on mine with no problems. Can you try this to make sure your hdr is not in singla cable mode.

    Enter the setup menu.

    Press Red/Green/Yellow/Green/Yellow/Blue. Choose antenna setting

Does Connection type say "Two Cable(Same)"

If not did you upgrade to two cables after installing with one cable. If so you need to either carry out a factory reset or change the Connection type in the hidden menu.

Thank you v much Graham. Could not get the colour botton to do anything but did a factory reset and all is normal again, thank you, thank you.
Remember having a problem withe one of the input feeds and doing a factory rest then, bet it only detected a single cable.
