Welcome Zee.
Your box is in single cable mode.
If you installed the second cable after the first install just do a factory reset and watch for the two cables found message.
If not have a squint round the back. The two cables should be on the outer connections with nothing on the middle one. If wrong turn off the power and correct. Power on and do the reset as above.
If only 1 cable post again.
Menu System Diagnostics will tell you if both tuners have a signal.

Go into the setup menu.
Press Red Green Yellow Blue Green Yellow Blue in succession.
You should find yourself in a hidden menu.
Antenna Type should say Fixed Antenna
Connection Type should say Two Cables (same). If not change the options
After you box has reset to two cable mode try the following.
Tune to BBC1-HD and press the record button, now tune to BBC-HD and start a second recording.
Now tune to any other channel and press pause.
If this works the box is fully functional
