I have just bought a reconditioned 2000T and have registered it on http://www.myhumax.net. Should I be able to control it remotely from there? It lists my device but shoews no data, on programme guide it shows "Sorry, your product does not support this feature." I cannot find any help text on that site to tell me what should work but currently I havent found anything I can do from there.

Welcome to our Forum
You cannot use myhumax.net with the HDR 2000T....however you can use the Humax tv remote app both on IOS and Android to control your device, that's about it I'm afraid.
