This is a pic of MY Humax transponder details. I haven't been able to go over to neighbour's house today, will do tomorrow.

He only has one lead into back of Humax. There are 4 leads entering the house, so I'll check where they are coming from.

We are in 24500 Razac d'Eymet. I don't know for sure his dish size.

Mine is 80cm, it is on a pole in the ground, did it myself in 2011, good alignment. Fitted new LNB about a year ago when it was struggling in rail. Now it can really tip down and it is still ok.

If he only has one lead to his Foxsat does he have a connection from LNB1 Out to LNB2 in? A Foxsat will assume it is fitted. It is best to make a short lead yourself.

Without the lead when he is recording some channels which the Foxsat thinks can be viewed will get no signal.

At your location, about 120km North of me, I would think 80cm is about the minimum size dish.

If you do find and connect a working cable to tuner 2 in. You will need to do a factory reset to switch the Foxsat into dual cable working. As repassac says it will be in single cable mode at the moment.
