No HDCP message Humax TN5000 HD + Sony KDL46HX323

    Hello,

    I do have a Humax TN5000 HD (TNT SAT CANAL) and a Sony TV KDL46-HX323.
    I also have a Western Digital external hard disk drive where I sometimes record programs.
    All the set up has been working very fine for a couple of years now.

    I started to get a few issues already in December 2015 with some "no HDCP" message, but it went on and off maximum for an hour or so.

    In January, until yesterday, no issue but last night, today and tonight, I do have constant black screen and "no HDCP" message...

    I have tried a few things : remove the Western Digital HDD, check HDMI cable with the TV, re-initialise the Humax (factory default), but this does not change anything...

    Welcome to our Forum

    Unfortunately our primary focus is to support Humax users in the UK, I believe the unit in question is used in France...

    Have you tried contacting Humax support for France:

    I am a Humax users, based in the UK.
    I have also bought the Humax in the UK (from TotalSat, a company specialise in selling such units on the UK market).
    If you don't know, I will try somewhere else then.
    Maybe TotalSat or Humaxfrance as you suggested...
