I went to put the tv on this morning but nothing appeared on my screen!
The box had the blue led on but the only way I could get it to work was to switch both the tv and the box off at the mains. If this happens again, is there anything else to do rather than switch off?

    Many thanks for your help

    1. Try switching HDMI source on TV to another input then back to the FVP.

    2. Put FVP into standby, wait 2 minutes for it to fully shut down then reboot.

Thank you; shall give this a go. Also is there any reason why the LED colour goes from blue to red?
