Hi welcome to our forum. Your box can't see the hard disk. You could try removing the box lid and then disconnect and replace the hard disk comnectors. This sometimes removes corrosion causing a bad connection.

try powering off at mains first, wait 20 secs. and power back on again. If that fails try Graham's advice, obviously also powering off again before opening the box.
Let us know how you get on and also which box you're using

Do you mean a 9150T ? Fitting a new hard drive will probably fix the problem; a suitable drive would be Link to ebuyer

Hey. I had tht exact same issue.. I fixed it with a new HDD(harDDisk) .or a second hand one. Easy to install just a few screws and a clip ( I heard tht VMedia Tivos HDD will WORK)

If you mean "is the disk full" then the answer is no, that would not stop the list of recording being visible although obviously it would prevent new recordings. On the evidence presented I think the most likely explanation is that the hard drive has suffered a mechanical or electronic failure and your choices are to replace the drive (which is straightforward for anyone that can wield a screwdriver) or to buy a new PVR.

Thanks for that Martin.....I've been looking on Amazon.....would this HHD do? WD AV-GP 3.5" 500GB £45? Would rather replace the hard drive, than the whole thing,& if I buy from Amazon and it doesn't work, Amazon are very good at refunding!
