Randomly today have no signal and no channels. No change in set up. Antenna out loop to Samsung UE40D6530 is providing full channel listing including HD channels. I have powered down, done a factory reset, have FHTCP 1.02.28, but have noticed a brief green/black screen at the outset of booting back up.
Any suggestions or should I contact Humax?

If other freeview devices on the same aerial are receiving OK then I think a call to Humax is necessary as it appears you have tried everything else.

Thanks. Contacted Humax who suggested a manual retune failing that an exchange. Manual retune failed so looks like an exchange.
