I have recently purchased the Manhattan T3-R Freeview PVR (actually only yesterday) and this morning I noticed overnight the PVR had gone into standby mode.

Some people may know I use my PVR to send an aerial signal to my portable televisions. Therefore in order to watch TV on the portables I need to go downstairs and turn my Manhattan PVR on first. Is there a way to override my PVR going into standby mode? It's not the end of the world if there isn't I was just wondering.

    Thank you for any help.

Not familiar with the Manhattan User Interface

However on Humax boxes you can set a power on power off timer pair.

Other than that a remote infra red transmitter pair should let you use the manhattan remote upstairs.
