Has anyone found a way to get around the issue of padding at the end of a recording when also recording the following programme? I thought recordings times are meant to adjust when shows overrun but I've had to set the recording padding to 5 minutes as quite a few recordings were being cut short at the end. The padding usually works but if the following show is recorded the extra 5 mins isn't accounted for as it gets recorded with the next show. My last PVR used to add the padded time to both recordings but it seems Humax didn't think of it.

On my HDR-FOX T2, I schedule the first programme only, then adjust the end time to that of the second programme.
That gives you one file which holds both programmes.I have auto padding set up, but it's ignored when you do this so I also have to adjust start and end times when doing this workaround. (It still works normally for other recordings).
