Picture Format Problem

    My FVP 5000 will suddenly switch from the default 16:9 to 4:3 ratio and the only way to re-set, is to disconnect the power and reboot etc. It cannot be re-set from the settings menu. Any ideas to fix the problem would be appreciated.
