I have just purchased my first Humax product and am having a problem with entering my pin number. Tried 0000 and 1234 without any success.
The "list" button does not work and itv+1 is not available.
My box is not connected to a modem and I wonder if updates are possible.

    Hi,
The "List" button only works when the guide is on screen. It brings up more genre options. Not sure about the pin problems though you may need to do a Factory reset to get it working.

    Welcome to our Forum

You can reset pin to 0000 (4 zeros) via

    Settings
    System Information
    Then press RGYBGYB
Hidden menu should appear with reset pin as one of the options.

Well I just tried that and got no hidden menu! How are you putting in RGYBGYB with the number/letter keys?

When you press settings you should see

    General Settings...Picture And Sound...Network Connection
    ...............................................................More
    System Settings...System Information...Freesat-ID
