How is it connected to the projector? It maybe a case of the output resolution. If its HDMI you need to find out what resolution the projector can handle and get the Humax to output that, be it 720p or 1080i etc.

Have you set the Input source (Options) on the Optoma.

Colour is usually pink, but switches unpredictably following reset of menu, system, preferences, video between 720p and 1080i. Mostly pink. Rarely OK. No way to predict when. Optoma (720p) gets HMDI signal from Pioneer AV receiver, which takes a lot of attempts to talk HDMI with the HDR2000T. Optoma-with-Pioneer combination works fine every time with other HDMI sources, including Humax Freesat FOXSAT HDR.
    Thanks! xxx
