When selecting portal on my hdr2000t the box reboots and returns to the
tv programme.After trying for a second time it enters into the portal
and in most cases stays on,sometimes it comes on first time but reboots
after a few minutes.No other problems with box,records and plays fine.
Have another hdr200t in a different room no problems with the portal
on that one.Both boxes are connected to the internet via power plug
adaptors,any ideas anybody I would be grateful.

I am having the same problem.
But to tell you truth, there isn't much on the portal anyway.

Thanks for the post erdie, since my last post my other
Humax box same type has developed the same problem.
Only been aware of this problem since the last software
update,but if so I am sure there would have been lots
more posts on the subject.
I use the portal quite a lot but just for iplayer,

Portal appears to be working on both 1800 & 2000T for me with no reboots (both have latest software 1.01.13)
Now playing back a different 1 hour iplayer stream on each, will update later.
Anyone else care to check.
Update: Both streams playback without issue, trying 2 more.

Both my boxes are still rebooting not every time I
use iplayer, but when the fault occurs Its in the first
five minutes of using iplayer. Both boxes are connected
to the internet via TP LINK power adaptors I have no
way of connecting via wi-fi as yet.Is it possible the
