What is going on with this recorder!
I remember having a similar problem after it wanted the privacy policy accepting again, now after numerous retunes and factory defaults it just will not get past a blank privacy policy screen, this things about to go in the bin!

Try giving Humax a ring on 0344 318 8800. They usually take a while to answer the phone but are helpful once you get through.
Hope you can get it sorted.

OK, on myhumax deleted the device, that seems to have freed it up and got the policy screen showing so could progress past it.
Looks like the myhumax app/desktop site was the issue, there's a comment at the bottom of the policy which suggests I have to ring up to accept now to use the app, but will try re adding first.| Wed 12 Dec 2018 19:20:45 #3 |
