BBCRadio 3 and 4 have disappeared from my Humax freesat. Retuning has not found them. Any ideas?

Can you check to see if you have BBC East Midlands on channel 952 ?

    What Humax box? Foxsat-HDR?

If so, it is not just those radio stations, but all BBC channels on the 10.788 GHz V transponder that have disappeared with the overnight auto-tune-update at last night's housekeeping.

That list include East Midlands and East East

Hasn't affected a 1000S model according to another forum.

I've sent a fault report form off to BBC Reception Advice to let them know.

    Rodders53,

Thank you. Let us know what the BBC say. Very odd symptoms. I wasted time this morning trying to find out what had happened and re-scheduling recordings from the missing channels.

The missing channels appear to be back in the expected places following this morning's housekeeping. Needed to re-apply the scheduling for recordings on affected channels.

Channels back today, that was weird and rather annoying. Thanks all.
