hi i started to record a program now it records them all how do i stop it from recording them

Perhaps you could tell us which programs on which channels?

Delete the next showing of the programme from the Schedule. This will delete the Series Link for it which you seem to have set up.

Next time you choose a programme to record notice that there are options to either record just that one programme or all programmes in the same series.
