it stoped recording at 20.00 hours and went off the schedue list,i have gone to media and the list is empty

Strange, you do know that if you choose the series option then it will be in a folder in the Media list. The R indicates it's recording.

thanks for your imput and help,i will have to contact humax again ,or send it back to the retailer
