Hi All, I'm new here. I have an old but working (?) Humax with an RM-F01 remote. This stopped working, and I tried all the recommended fixes - new AA cells, checking it was on the PVR red light, tested the light with my phone camera, etc. The LED did light up, but the remote only worked sporadically, but better when held against the sensor. Some clues there. REMOTES4U recommended a replacement for under £20 so worth the risk - success. I've not seen it suggested, but just because the LED lights up, doesn't mean it can do the job. PS the new remote accesses stored programmes through FAV not the MEDIA button.
