    1800t remote not working in menu /when preesing -find or schedule or group ,nothing work . when transfer channels to fav 1 gets stuck on tv . is there an update or a solve for this problem , or how to download update from forum

    Did it previously work and has stopped working recently? What model number is the remote (may be on a sticker in the battery compartment if not obvious elsewhere)?
