Remote Recording Failure

    As per title, has anyone else seen the remote recording feature stop working? I have two FVP4000s, both worked fine up to a few days ago, now I cant get the remote recordings to work, either using the MyHumax.net webpage or the Humax Guide phone app.
    Anyone care to set up a recording to test?

    I have never been able to set recording remotely via the app only by logging into the website

    App has never worked for me, it can see my schedule so it communicates
    but any events I set never happen.

    It is set up-
    Remote recording on.
    Update period all day
    Update interval 10 minutes

    Same setup as me, Jaeger.
    I have found that a factory reset got it working again.
    PITA, but worth it. Main reason for buying the 4000.
