I have just had a Samsung QLED TV installed and had hoped that a problem with my FVP4000t would be solved but it hasn’t. When watching the TV with the Humax box switched off a couple of times in the evening, usually at close to the same time, I lose the picture and a message appears saying “no signal”. I have factory reset the Humax and have checked that all the options such as remote setting are all set to “Off”. I have read about 45 pages of discussion subjects but without finding a solution. Can anyone help, please.

Get a one in two out aerial splitter. Connect the lead from the aerial to the in. Use one output to feed the TV and the other to feed the 4000T.
