I have just run a Signal Test under the Channel Settings menu and it only returned information (1005) for Tuner 1, Tuners 2 and 3 did not show any values. Is this normal?

Completely normal, unused tuners are powered down (presumably to save energy). Start 3 recordings from different mux and check again.

Ah yes you are right. I never thought of that but it makes sense. Thank you!
